Foster Care support

I have a heart for the children in foster care and the families who step in to fill the gap for these children. That’s why I am honored to offer pro bono sleep support and education for foster families.

In addition to being a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach®, I have training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). I also offer respite and serve on Oklahoma’s Post Adjudication Review Board, which serves children in foster care by helping to ensure they have the safety, stability, and resources they need, as well as the permanency they deserve.

If you are a foster parent or foster family in need of sleep support, I would be honored to serve you. My work with foster families is focused on providing sleep education, creating healthy sleep foundations and associations, and promoting secure attachment through your sleep approach.

My work does not involve any form of cry-it-out, which is especially important for these little ones who have already experienced trauma and may be dealing with insecure attachment or other issues.

Beyond pro bono sleep support and education for foster families, I am also available to speak on infant, toddler, and childhood sleep hygiene, sleep training, and gentle sleep practices at foster care training workshops.

If you are interested in pro bono sleep support or having me speak at a training workshop, please reach out directly at hello (at) resteasymama (dot) com.
